Member Meeting #60 Chess Dynamics’, Plymouth
On Thursday 13th Nov, UKNEST held the 60th Members meeting at Chess Dynamic’s site in Plymouth. Thank you to Michael Green for organising the day.
In addition to formal proceedings, the attendees received a showcase of Chess Dynamics’ capabilities which highlighted their contribution to the maritime defence landscape. Despite the unpredictable weather, the team adapted seamlessly to deliver indoor and outdoor demonstrations of their proven systems:
SeaEagle FCEO-D (Fire Control Electro Optical-Digital)
SeaEagle FCEO-A (Fire Control Electro Optical -Analogue)
SeaEagle EOSS (Electro Optical Surveillance System)
SeaEagle FCRO (Fire Control Radar Optical)
Thank you very much to the team at Chess Dynamics’ for an excellent event!
During this members meeting, we were delighted to recognise the achievements of Neve Parker from QinetiQ. Neve has been a leading light of UKNEST‘s early career professionals network “FutureNEST” for many years, firstly as Business Manager and recently as Chair, during which she led the impressive “Visioneering” concept design wargame. Neve was presented with a token of our appreciation by the UKNEST Chair, Ian Grant.
‘I am honoured to be recognised by the UKNEST board. Serving on the FutureNEST board and having the privilege to chair it over the past year has been an incredible experience. I’m grateful to Matt, Ian, for their support and my outstanding FutureNEST team whose creativity and dedication have driven a brilliant Visioneering campaign over the last 18 months. Looking forward to finishing the year strong and continuing to champion skills, development, and innovation in the Naval sector!’ – Neve Parker
